We are an expanding Allstate Insurance Agency located in West Baton Rouge, LA. We're looking for someone who can lead a sales team and drive monthly sales and production goals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is an Objective-Driven position with specific goals and hefty bonuses attached.

YOUR OBJECTIVES

  • Maintain optimal staffing levels by positively impacting our environment, building team loyalty and hiring new staff to keep up with growth.
  • Tracking KPIs & preparing reports to assist with strategic business planning decisions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Employee Management: handle call-outs, PTO, HR matters, disciplinary actions including terminations, payroll assistance.
  • Employee Relations: provide daily leadership and build rapport with our team. Plan company outings as well as other incentive-based promotions.
  • Office Operations: handle basic office functions and problem-solve all issues by coordinating with tech support, property management, 3rd parties.
  • Service Operations: ensure employees follow operational processes as designed and work is completed on-time.
  • Business/Financial Operations: assist Owner in his planning by creating spreadsheets and reports. In some instances, perform initial data analysis before presenting to the Owner.
  • Operational Design: when directed, implement new processes, communicate adjustments to staff, create applicable training.
  • Hiring: as needed you will hire new team member
  • Onboarding New Staff: Oversee staff set-up-paperwork, set up new PC workstations, load software and create new accounts.


Salary Range: $36000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • A Property & Casualty license is REQUIRED.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
